By the time you have completed this module, you will be able to:

Unit 4 is an evolvement of various topics that may or may not relate to your unique health picture. Where relevant I’ll refer you to sections within this unit to help guide you with any food-related issues and gut health. 

We’ve also included various downloadable resources to help you along your health-fortifying journey in crafting your dietary blueprint.  

For anyone who’s ever heard the phrase ‘you are what you eat’ and taken it literally, this module is for you! The food choices we make have a direct impact on the life we live – will we have enough natural energy to get through the day and work to our best, or will we be relying on external stimulants to get us through? Is our body in a state of harmony or inflammation? Can we sleep as well, or think as clearly as we used to? That ‘brain fog’ you’re suffering from might just be from a lack of nutrients, and totally reversible.
 
Age itself is just a number, but what we put in our bodies is completely optional.
 
Here, the focus will be our three-week Confidently Clear Detox Challenge. Module 1 should have helped you prepare for this, setting good habits into motion bit by bit so that these next three weeks won’t feel so daunting. Your cupboards will be clear of temptations and foods that do not serve you, and your mind will be focused and ready for the weeks ahead.
 
Remember to be kind and patient with yourself – reprogramming your entire approach to food might be challenging at times. So if you ‘mess up’ at any point, simply refer back to your plan (which we will be creating as a part of this module) and move on to the next healthy choice. Extreme all-or-nothing thinking, or ‘punishment’ isn’t really the aim of the game here. Let’s call it the ‘gentle unlearning of a lifetime of habits’ and treat the entire experience as a teachable moment.
