This October, I’m creating that space for you.
From Friday 31st October to Monday 3rd November, join me in the pristine surrounds of Salamander Bay, Port Stephens for a 3-night retreat designed to ground you in your unique wellness blueprint; to nourish your body, mind and soul, and reset the patterns that are out of date for your best health timeline.
This retreat is about weaving knowledge into lived experience – through conscious awareness, food, movement, and heart-led practices that you can solidify or initiate into your life after our time together.

The Flow of the Days
FRIDAY
- 4pm: Arrival, meet & greet, settling in, afternoon tea
- 6pm: Official welcome + intention setting
- 7pm: Light, nourishing dinner
- 8pm: Nervous system reset with yoga nidra
SATURDAY
- Sunrise: Morning symphony workshop by the ocean (movement, journaling, elixirs, gratitude, sunrise walk/dip)
- 10am: Brunch – wholesome and nourishing
- 11am: Meal planning blueprint creation (with 1:1 guidance)
- 1pm: Refreshing light lunch
- 2pm: Cooking immersion & gluten-free sourdough workshop (take home your starter)
- 6pm: Nourishing feast
- 8pm: Evening cacao ceremony, dance & movement release
SUNDAY
- Sleep in or sunrise ‘morning symphony’ practice
- 10am: Brunch
- 11am: Hands-on body moisturizer making workshop (infused with bush flower essences, essential oils & conscious intent)
- 90-minute treatment of your choice (Aromatherapy, Remedial Massage, Reflexology, Combo)
- 4pm: Breathwork session with Carly – breathwork specialist
- 6.30pm: Nourishing dinner
- Sunset: Walk to witness the sunset & reflection circle
MONDAY
- Morning Symphony practice
- Light breakfast
- Future Self Intention Self-guided meditation with Megan
- 9am: Closing circle & heartfelt farewell
P.S. While we’ve outlined a structure with specific times, please know these are flexible to allow the natural flow of each day.

Stepping through the doors on the first evening I felt an instant welcome and knew this would be the beginning of getting back to me. The flow of the weekend was perfect as we ebbed into each session from a gentle yin yoga (not too early) into a breath session, before our ice bath experience, then delving into the beginning of a supported therapy session which allowed me to meet with a past experience and manage the emotion in the most gentle way possible. Each meal we could gather round and experience Megan's beautiful way with wholefood and the combinations that enabled ultimate nutrition to each meal, also contributing our own recipe ideas, the activated chocolate cake and breads to accompany each meal were superb. The nourishment was warming, giving and substantial. There was enough time to self indulge in your own time, sit by the fire or chat, drinking teas and reading books. As we entered into the sound bath on day two you knew you had emerged into "health abundance." Megan has set a high bar for her first Inaugural Health Retreat, I have not experienced such a wholesomely put together retreat before this, Megan's wisdom along with highly knowledgeable facilitators ensured my mental and physical health path is able to be navigated with assured steps. Thank you sincerely to you all, thank you Megan your chatty, friendly, humour surrounded us throughout the weekend, I am ever grateful to spend this time in the company of everyone present.
