Program Overview
- Part 1: Clarity Through Investigation (Weeks 1–4): Focus on uncovering missing health puzzle pieces – find the root cause, commence functional testing, and fine-tune your treatment plan.
- Part 2: Conscious Living for Wellness (Weeks 5-16): Develop a personalized dietary and lifestyle blueprint, implement a tailored treatment plan, attend 1:1 consultations/mentoring, access to the Conscious Living E-Portal and exclusive private group, participate in group sessions.
