Conscious Living Continuance

For those who would like continued personalised naturopathic guidance alongside the group experience.

Full access to the E-Portal: Conscious Living For Wellness & Vitality 
This includes three core foundational modules and five specialised modules covering key areas of health and vitality. We have also recently included past recordings of our Health Immersions and Health Activations.
Two live 1-hour Health Immersions each month 
BodyShift and MindShift sessions that are interactive, reflective, and designed for deeper integration.
Three Health Activations each month 
Focused ~30 minute teachings that provide education and practical health tips.
Access to our Exclusive Client Community 
A private space for past and current clients to connect, share reflections, and receive support.
Private messaging group access 
A dedicated messaging channel where you can ask questions, receive guidance, and stay connected between sessions.
One private 1:1 naturopathic consultation each month
This session can include reviewing pathology, refining treatment plans, coaching, and ongoing naturopathic support across all aspects of your health.
Sessions will include a written summary + evolving treatment plan where required. Messenger App support is also available across this time.
